Data Center Ordinance: Public Engagement Timeline (2026–2027)

The Danville–Boyle County Planning & Zoning Commission is conducting a countywide public engagement process to gather public comments to draft a Data Center Ordinance for Boyle County. All residents are encouraged to attend any of the listed public meetings throughout the year and share their priorities, concerns, and ideas to help shape the final ordinance.

Join us at The Downtown Hub on the third Thursday of each month at 10 am for an informal Q&A with the Planning Director. We’ll discuss planning, provide insight on zoning and development procedures, and talk about the future of our community.

Public Comments:

Help us improve the zoning ordinance by sharing what works well, what needs clarification, any concerns, or suggestions you would like the Planning & Zoning Commission to consider.
