Zoning Ordinance & Subdivision Regulation Text Amendments

The Planning & Zoning office is currently working through several updates to the Joint Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations. These amendments fall into three categories:

  1. Zoning Ordinance Approved Amendments (approved by Planning & Zoning Commission on March 25, 2026)

  2. Zoning Ordinance  Draft Amendments

  3. Subdivision Regulation Draft Amendments

Join us at The Downtown Hub on the third Thursday of each month at 10 am for an informal Q&A with the Planning Director. We’ll discuss planning, provide insight on zoning and development procedures, and talk about the future of our community, all over a cup of coffee.
